Mr Kailas Kaimal spearheads the team at 68west as Managing Director. He is a graduate in Mathematics and has post
graduated in Operations Research from Cochin University of Science & Technology.
He has over 37 years of rich experience managing people and businesses. In his past assignments, he has served as
General Manager, Head of IT and COO for some of the most reputed organizations in India.
As a business leader and part of the senior management team, Kailas always had a trained eye for assessing and
identifying right talent. At 68west, he has integrated people assessment skills and techniques, renewed real time
